What Made It Hard
The challenge was not the number of cameras but the requirement that the plant keep producing throughout. Pulling cable across production lines during working hours means stopping a line, and every stopped hour carries a clear cost for the client.
How We Handled It
The work was split into six zones and scheduled outside peak production hours. Each zone was completed, tested, and handed over before the team moved on, so the area disrupted on any given day never exceeded one zone. Cable routes were mapped in advance with the plant engineering team to avoid clashing with existing utility runs.
