Work runs in four stages: discovery to map the business process, a prototype to agree the direction, phased development, then handover complete with documentation. Because it sits alongside LTI's infrastructure lines, the application, the servers, and the network are handled by one team, and once the application is live its upkeep can be added through a Maintenance Contract.

Questions That Come Up
It starts with discovery to understand the business process and the systems already in place, then a prototype so the flow and screens are agreed before anything is built. Development is phased so each stage can be tried out, and it closes with handover and documentation.
Upkeep can be added through our existing Maintenance Contract. Because the application, the servers, and the network are handled by one team, a fault does not get passed between vendors while the cause is tracked down.
